The Talking Scarecrow is an animated Halloween decoration made in 1998. He is a scarecrow wearing a tuxedo and black top hat with a red stripe and he holds a cane. When activated via motion sensor, he moves his mouth, turns his head and right arm, and his eyes light-up as he sings "Puttin on the Ritz".
