The Spinning Halloween Ghouls are a series of animated Halloween decorations made in 2001. Each one wears a witch hat or hair and has a gumdrop shaped body. When activated by button or sensor, the character spins in a 360 degree circle, while its hat or hair spins the opposite direction and the mouth moves while singing a popular song.
