The Sneezing Skull Plaque was an animated Halloween decoration made in 2002. It resembled a cartoon-like skull with red hair, and is mounted on a picture frame with a purple background. When activated, he moves his mouth, his eyes light-up and water squirts out his nose as he sneezes and says "Excuse me."
