Penelope Pine is a singing and dancing Christmas tree made in 1998. She is decked out in holiday ornaments and accents, and stands on a red and green Chrstmas tree cover base. When activated, she swings her hips back and forth and moves her eyes and mouth while singing a longer version of "Jingle Bell Rock" in a female voice.

- This tree is different from the original Douglas Fir because this tree is the girl version of Douglas Fir just like Connie Fir.
- Her soundtrack is based on Brenda Lee's version of Jingle Bell Rock.
- There is a Singing Holiday Deer head that sings the same song but in a male voice.
