The Peek-a-Boo Frosty the Snowman is an animated item made in 2005. He is hiding under his hat. He also wears a red and yellow striped scarf. When activated, he moves his hat up and down, showing himself and shakes his head side to side while he sings, “Frosty the Snowman“.

This has the same recording as the Spinning Snowflake Frosty the Snowman and Mini Dancing Frosty (one of the 2005 versions).
The Hat he has is way too oversized for him unlike his normal hat. This presumably was because of the “Peek-a-Boo” feature .
