The Life Size Skeleton with Top Hat was an unreleased animated Halloween life size that was set for release in 2018. The skeleton is 6' tall and wears a brown coat, white undershirt, gray pants, black shoes, an orange bowtie and a black top hat with an orange stripe. When activated, the skeleton's mouth moves as its eyes light-up red while speaking phrases, and sang "Bad To The Bone".

- According to Sunstar Industries, the distributor of most Gemmy products, this item was discontinued before production, due to manufacturing cost per unit.
- The Skeleton with Top Hat is reminiscent of the male skeleton of the Life Size Skeleton Couple from 2017, as the two share similar appearances.
