The Karate Dancing Hamster was released in 2001 by Gemmy Industries Corp. The hamster sports a white robe, as well as a black belt and white headband and holds a large shield. The hamster moves it's arms and spins it's arms to the song 'Kung Fu Fighting'.

- The Funtime version of this hamster is one of the more common Karate hamsters, whilst being a lot more uncommon in other territories.
- There is a slight difference in the shape of the 'try me press my left hand' between Karate and Kung Fu, this being that Kung Fu is an arrow, pointing downwards, whilst Karate has a circle.
