The ice skating frosty is an animated Christmas figure made in 2016-2019, and is based on the character "Frosty the snowman". He wears his trademark top hat, a blue striped scarf, and holds a blue frosted present. When activated, Frosty wobbles around and spins in a 360 degree circle while his theme song "Frosty the snowman" plays. And they made a version that has a rainbow scarf that was made in 2019.
