The Hangin' On Santa is a Christmas decoration made in 2010-present. It gives the illusion of Santa Claus hanging onto the edge of a surface. With the built in hooks on Santa's hands, he can be hung on a gutter or wall.

While he does look like an Airblown Inflatable, he is not inflatable.
Coincidentally, there is also an airblown inflatable version. The differemces include it being inflatable, it having black miittens, it actually has a face on the back, and it has plastic boots.
