Gemmy Industries (the company this wiki is about) is an American innovation company that was founded in 1984 by Dan Flaherty in Irving, Texas. The company's headquarters are currently located in Coppell, Texas. Their president is Jason McCann. Gemmy Industries is known for making classic outdoor decorations like Airblown inflatables, LightShow, light strings, and pathway markers.
Many of their animated products have become recognizable brands such as the following: Dancing Hamsters, Frogz, Douglas Fir, Buck the Singing Deer, and their most popular Big Mouth Billy Bass. Their products have since gained a cult following.
Gemmy also makes animated life size animated figures for Halloween and Christmas as well as licensed products based on licenses like Spongebob Squarepants, Scooby Doo, the Simpsons, Disney characters, and many others including some celebrities.
