It features the head of Frankenstein's monster under a glass dome with light bulbs wired to the bolts on his neck, a row of 4 red lights, and a switch. When activated, the red lights, light bulbs, and the monster's eyes light-up as it makes realistic zapping sounds, quotes from Dr. Frankenstein play, and the monster's head screams.
