The Hip Swinging Monster is an animated Halloween decoration made in 1998-2000. He wears a black shirt with a purple stripe and a gray vest over it. When activated, he swings his hips back and forth and moves his arms up and down while singing "Monster Mash". His eyes also light up to the words of the song.

- There is a rubber model of this that is in the "Dancing Ghouls" series
- This is the only Hip Swinging figure with light up eyes
- There is a later, larger version of this item that has a bigger circular base and an orange shirt with a black vest.
