The Big Head Skeleton was an animated Halloween decoration made from 2001 to 2003. It resembled a skeleton with a large skull head wearing a skeleton costume. The skeleton stands on a base shaped like a dungeon floor with chains and small leak puddles around his feet. He swings his hips and arms, turns his head, moves his mouth and his eyes light up red while he says many different phrases, followed by a Halloween version of "Superfreak".

- The Life Size Dancing Tuxedo Skeleton and Pirate Skeleton have the same recording as this item.
- The skull on this item is the same model as the Talking Groom Skeleton & Talking Skull in Lantern from 1998, although it is altered so it looks slightly different.
