Spinning Snowflake Snowman

The Spinning Snowflake Snowman is a series of animated Christmas decorations originally produced from 2002 to 2007 and remade again in 2019 to 2021. The traditional version wears a blue vest and holds a black top hat in his right hand, while holding a string of blue LED lighted snowflakes in his left hand. He swings his hips and moves his right arm up and down holding a hat as he spins his lighted snowflakes to the Snow Miser's theme from the 1974 Rankin/Bass television special "The Year Without A Santa Claus." In 2006, an open box version was released with the "DEMO/ON" switch. Oddly enough, this version was sold in 2005. However, it came in a closed box unlike other 2005-2006 variations witch came in open boxes.

Trivia

While the Peppermint Spinning Snowmen spun peppermints, the Green Peppermint one did not. It spun regular snowflakes instead.
Some variations have a "DEMO/ON" switch on their base, such as the mini red snowman or 2005-2006 Frosty the Snowman.
2006 models have a better quality speaker and recording.
2004 models are known to have a longer strand of snowflakes and for their plastic to yellow. (Some 2006 Models are known to do that to, along with the 2005 Frosty)
The 2002 & 2003 spinners all have a demo plug jack on the side of the base (2002) or underneath the base (2003) for a press/hold demo mode. (the 2004 Frosty uses a 2003)
In 2003, Gemmy introduced the Frosty the Snowman variant of the Snowflake Spinning Snowman, sold at various retailers from 2003-2006. Later models have a black hat as opposed to the more common models having a dark green hat. His appearance is modeled after the 1976 Rankin/Bass television special 'Frosty's Winter Wonderland'. His original box from his first release had a window over the item, and a "Press and hold" button for his demo mode. Later releases also had an open box, with a "DEMO/ON" switch at the bottom. He dances to a cover of "Frosty the Snowman", and has a copyright date of 2002 on his tag for Warner/Chappell music.
2003 - early 2004 Frosty models do not have a demo switch.
Late 2004 Frosty models have a switch for a press/hold demo mode.
While the Jellybean Spinner Bunny Spun Colored Jellybeans, the Bear (for 2021) did not. It spun red ones.
Currently at the time of writing this, no one knows what the Valentines Bear spins, some people think it's hearts, others think it's Candy, the tag calls it a led/light spinner, and Gemmy.com just calls it the Valentines Spinner Bear, The things it spins though are just recolored Jellybeans From The Bunny From 2020
The Mickey And Snoopy Snowflake Spinner Currently Only Has Prototype Images and MAY be cancelled, but will probably be released in 2021 for Christmas
Some knockoffs were made including one with the hip swinging santa base, they usually have poor head and face design
The Jellybean Spinning Bunny was made in 2020. The bunny wears a plaid vest with golden buttons, and a velvet bowtie. He holds a string of 3 Jellybeans colored pink, green, and yellow. The bunny swings and sways and spins his jellybeans as they light up while singing "Here Comes Peter Cottontail".
