Farty Pants Stewie is an animated novelty gag gift made in 2005, and is based on the character "Stewie Griffin" from the 20th Century Fox comedy show Family Guy. The item features Stewie standing on a blue circular base, holding a bubble wand in his left hand, and a small cup behind his feet. When activated, Stewie moves his arm up and down and blows bubbles with his butt while he speaks several different phrases.
