The Dancing Vampire Charlie Brown is an animated Halloween toy made in 1998, and is based on the Peanuts character, "Charlie Brown". She wears a black dress, and a witch hat. She holds a broomstick in her right hand. When activated, Lucy moves her head side to side as the song "Linus & Lucy" plays.
