Birthday Boy is an animated novelty plush made in 2001-2002, and is part of the Dancing Hamsters collection. He wears a yellow birthday hat with white polka dots on it, and a banner across his body that reads "Happy Birthday" on it. He holds a plate with a slice of birthday cake on it. When activated, he moves his head and arms while singing "Happy Birthday".

- He is one of the only hamster that have a rubber and a plush version. The others include Phat Daddy Mac and Larry Love.
- Funtime Gifts also made a Birthday hamster, but it looks different as compared to the Gemmy one.
- The plush versions were released in 2002.
- He has a younger sister (also created by Gemmy and Dancing Hamsters). And her name is Birthday Girl. She was released in 2003. He (Birthday Boy) is the older brother of Birthday Girl.
