The Big Head Witch was an animated Halloween decoration made from 2001 to 2003. It resembled a witch with a large head standing on a base shaped like a dungeon floor with chains and small leak puddles around her feet. The witch was dressed in a witch hat, black dress with a belt around her waist, orange and purple striped knee-high stockings and curling toe witch shoes. When activated, she swings her hips and arms as she turns her head and moves her mouth as she says various phrases followed by a Halloween version of "I Want Candy".

- This is one of the only Big Heads that does not have two versions, One with a yellow button and one with a grey button
- This is also the only Halloween Big Head that does not have light up eyes despite an error on the box stating she does.
