The Animated Medusa Head was an animated Halloween decoration made in 2014. Medusa's head is displayed on a 3 legged platform. When activated, the snakes on her head move about as her eyes light up and she speaks many different phrases.

- The head model of this item was also shared with the Life Size Medusa.
- While the stock photo shows the Lifesize Medusa head. The produced version is slightly different. The jawline is less defined, and there are no sharp teeth. Making it look less intimidating, and a little softer.
- The item's base is reused from the mini Spirit Balls.
